1:1 Encounter

1. Preamble and Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between the business Céline Zufferey, headquartered in Switzerland (hereinafter "the Company" or "the Practitioner"), and any natural person (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to book and participate in a 1:1 Encounter (hereinafter "Encounter" ou "Session").

The term "Client" refers to any person (male or female) benefiting from this support space. By validating their booking and payment, the Client declares that they have read these GTC and accept them unreservedly. These conditions apply regardless of the Client's geographical location.

2. Purpose of the 1:1 Encounter

The 1:1 Encounters are tailor-made individual support spaces. They aim to guide sensitive individuals in returning to themselves (to their center), honoring their inner Presence beyond conditioning, and cultivating a sovereign and conscious sensitivity. The sessions may include discussions, intuitive teachings, as well as silent or guided meditation time (vibrational transmissions / healings).

Philosophy of support: My approach is secular and strictly non-religious. I work on the principle that every human being possesses precious and unique inner resources, and that my role is merely to facilitate access to them.

Important Warning (Disclaimer) and Limits of the practice: This support is part of an approach to well-being, personal development, and returning to oneself. Under no circumstances is it a medical, psychological, or psychiatric practice. The Company makes no diagnoses and prescribes no treatments. For ethical and safety reasons, the Practitioner does not receive individuals suffering from schizophrenia, nor individuals who present themselves under the influence of alcohol or psychotropic substances (narcotics). In general, anyone presenting psychiatric disorders must imperatively be followed by a certified psychiatrist.

3. Rates and Payment Terms

Session prices are indicated in euros (or in CHF for in-person sessions in Switzerland) on the booking page. Payment is due immediately upon booking to confirm the appointment.

Taxation: The Company is not subject to VAT in Switzerland. Therefore, the prices displayed are net (excluding taxes).

For international clients: The price paid corresponds to the final amount. The Client is responsible for any potential bank fees related to an international transaction.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling Policy and Right of Withdrawal

As this concerns a service provided on a specific date or within a specific period:

Rescheduling and cancellation by the Client: In the event of the session being canceled by the Client up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, a refund will be issued. However, transaction or payment platform fees (such as fees charged by Stripe) are non-refundable and will remain the exclusive responsibility of the Client. These fees will therefore be deducted from the total refunded amount. In the event of a cancellation less than 48 hours before the session, or in the event of a no-show, no refund will be made.

Lateness: If the Client is late, the Session will end at the initially scheduled time so as not to penalize subsequent appointments.

Cancellation by the Company: In the event of force majeure or the Practitioner being unavailable, the Session will be rescheduled to a later date agreed upon by mutual consent, without any additional cost to the Client.

Right of withdrawal (EU/Switzerland): In accordance with the current legislation on dated service provisions, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully executed or if the cancellation occurs outside the timeframes mentioned above.

5. Session Framework and Confidentiality

To guarantee a sacred and safe space:

Confidentiality: Everything shared by the Client during the Session remains strictly confidential. The Practitioner is bound by professional secrecy, except in cases where the law obliges her to make a report to the competent authorities (particularly in the event of imminent danger to the Client themselves or to others). Likewise, the Client commits to respecting the confidentiality of the specific teachings or methods transmitted.

Recording: Audio or video recording of the Session by the Client is not permitted without the prior and explicit consent of the Company.

Safety framework: If the Practitioner notices that a Client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, she reserves the right to immediately interrupt the Session, with no refund possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All elements, concepts, tools, or meditations transmitted during the Session remain the exclusive intellectual property of Céline Zufferey. They are shared for the Client's strictly personal use. Any reproduction, public broadcasting, or commercial use by the Client is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability

The Company is bound by a best-efforts obligation (obligation of means), offering a high-quality space of presence and transmission. However, the integration and success of this journey depend on the Client's receptivity and personal investment. The Company does not guarantee any specific results, as the transformation towards a feeling of being whole again, fully alive, and free is a process unique to each individual.

8. Data Protection (GDPR and FADP)

The Company complies with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP - Switzerland) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Europe). Personal data and any notes taken during the session are used exclusively for the Client's individual follow-up and accounting management. They are never transferred or sold to third parties.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are exclusively governed by Swiss Law, regardless of the Client's country of residence. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement (which will always be prioritized), the competent courts are those of the Company's registered office in Switzerland.
