Silent Meditations + Multidimensional energy healing

1. Preamble and Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between the company Céline Zufferey, headquartered in Switzerland (hereinafter "the Company" or "the Practitioner"), and any natural person (hereinafter "the Client" or "the Participant") wishing to book and participate in an online group silent meditation (hereinafter "the Meditation" or "the Session").

The term "Client" refers to anyone benefiting from this group space. By validating their booking and payment, the Client declares that they have read these GTC and accept them without reservation. These conditions apply regardless of the Client's geographical area.

2. Purpose of the Silent Meditations

The Silent Meditations (Multidimensional energy healing) are online group spaces. They aim to support sensitive individuals in returning to themselves (to the center), embracing silence, honoring their inner Presence beyond conditioning, and cultivating a sovereign sensitivity. These group sessions generally include an introduction, a time of silent meditation (during which the healing/vibrational transmission takes place), and a time for free sharing.

Philosophy of guidance: My approach is secular and strictly non-religious. I work on the principle that every human being possesses precious inner resources, and that my role is to facilitate this return to the self through presence and vibration.

Important Warning (Disclaimer) and Limits of the practice: This guidance is part of an approach to well-being, personal evolution, and returning to oneself. Under no circumstances is it a medical, psychological, or psychiatric practice. The Company makes no diagnoses and prescribes no treatments. For ethical and safety reasons, the Practitioner does not accept individuals suffering from schizophrenia, nor individuals presenting themselves under the influence of alcohol or psychotropic substances. Anyone with psychiatric disorders must absolutely be monitored by a certified psychiatrist.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices for the Meditations are indicated in euros on the booking page. Payment is due immediately upon booking to confirm the Participant's spot.

Taxation: The Company is not subject to VAT in Switzerland. Therefore, the prices displayed are net (excluding taxes). For international clients: The price paid corresponds to the final amount. The Client is responsible for any potential bank fees related to an international transaction.

4. Registration, Cancellation Policy, and Right of Withdrawal

As this is an online event provided on a specific date and time, all registrations are firm and final.

Cancellation or absence of the Client: By validating their booking, the Participant commits themselves and reserves their spot in the group space. In the event of a cancellation by the Client or a no-show during the live session (regardless of the reason), no refund, whether partial or full, nor any postponement to another session will be issued.

Cancellation by the Company: In the event of force majeure, a major technical problem, or an exceptional hindrance on the part of the Practitioner, the Meditation will be canceled. The Participant will then be fully refunded, or the session will be postponed to a later date, at the Client's choice.

Right of withdrawal: In accordance with current Swiss and European legislation concerning the provision of leisure activity services provided on a specific date or period, the Participant is explicitly informed that they do not benefit from any right of withdrawal once the order is validated and paid.

5. Meditation Framework and Confidentiality

To guarantee a sacred and safe space for everyone:

Group confidentiality: Everything shared by the Participants during the discussion times remains strictly confidential. The Client formally commits to respecting the privacy and anonymity of the other participants. For her part, the Practitioner is committed to professional secrecy regarding what is shared.

Recording: Audio or video recording of the Meditation by the Client is strictly prohibited.

Safety framework: If the Practitioner notices that a Participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or is behaving in a way that disrupts the group's energy, she reserves the right to immediately exclude them from the online session, without any possible refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All elements, concepts, discourses, or approaches transmitted during the Meditation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Céline Zufferey. They are shared for the Client's strictly personal use. Any reproduction, public distribution, or commercial use by the Client is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability

The Company is bound by an obligation of means, providing a high-quality space of presence and transmission. However, the integration of this vibrational healing depends on the Client's receptivity. The Company guarantees no medical or specific results, as returning to oneself is a process unique to each individual.

8. Data Protection (GDPR and FADP)

The Company complies with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP - Switzerland) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Europe). Personal data collected during registration is only used for communication related to the event, or to other offers from the Practitioner, as well as for accounting management. It is never transferred or sold to third parties.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are subject exclusively to Swiss Law, regardless of the Client's country of residence. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement (which will always be preferred), the competent courts are those of the Company's registered office in Switzerland.
