I am certified in many therapeutic, psycho-corporeal, and energetic approaches, but the space I offer you today is deeply intuitive and doesn't fit into any conventional box.
Together, we observe the mechanisms inherent to your humanity, allowing you to step back and gain a higher perspective on what you are experiencing, for greater clarity, peace, and trust in your inner self.
The body holds a central place and informs us of many things, particularly through your sensations and feelings. Spoken words have an important place too, just as much as silence. If you need to talk and put words to what you are going through, you speak. But if silence naturally invites itself in, then we embrace it fully.
Beyond words or silence, a process of harmonization (between the different dimensions that make up who you are) is set in motion, both in the physical realm (the body) and the invisible, adjusting precisely to your needs in the present moment.
If analogies or metaphors naturally come to me to support and enlighten you, I share them with you exactly as they are shown to me.
It is a pure, organic, and deeply alive space, where we allow ourselves to be guided by what is, here and now, with a deep faith in the work of Life.

A therapeutic course of several encounters allows you to go deeper into what you wish to address. But of course, you are free to take only one session if you wish.
My Story
"When the existential quest leads back to presence..."
Very early on, I was fascinated by this paradox: the manifested duality at the very heart of Life's fundamental principle of unity (being a twin probably has something to do with it ☺️). To study it, I explored the relationship to oneself (inwardly) and to others (outwardly), taking a particular interest in the concept of Being versus appearing, through image (styling, marketing) and beyond (spirituality, therapy...).
I have come to understand that the human experience is a play. We cannot step out of it, but we can learn to walk across the stage with awareness. By returning to our Center, within our inner self, we honor our divine Presence, for a better connection with ourselves and others. And this is exactly what I offer in my sessions.
Meeting the other as they are animates me deeply. The spaces I offer emanate from a high ideal that lives within me: that of working towards a more authentic world, where self-love and love for others transcend shadows into light.
Guided by my inner self, I have never stopped opening up the field of possibilities. Whether through my studies, or in the heart of my daily life.
I have degrees in numerous psycho-corporeal and energetic approaches. However, I didn't take these trainings with the goal of applying them as they are. I tasted, digested, and transformed each of them, to keep the essence that nourishes my own vibration. For me, every human being came to earth to bring their own nuance. That's why what I offer today doesn't fit into any box. It's a singular alchemy, a unique color born from my own experience of all this.
